  • As a Customer Care Representative for the world leader in the Fragrance industry, you will be the central link between the customer, operations, and sales teams to ensure our client's requirements are met in the most efficient and costeffective way. You will build sustainable relationships of trust through with customers and company partners. Be a voice of the customers within Givaudan and manage the sales order process through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates.
  • You will report to the Customer Care Manager and be located in our Mt. Olive, NJ office with an hybrid working model (1 day at home and 4 days at the office).

You will:


  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, QC and Shipping areas to ensure orders are delivered on time and manage customer expectations.
  • Resolve requests for order changes, issues and handle customer inquiries internally and externally.
  • Manage customerrequired processes such as account/order maintenance through customer's portal.
  • Coordinate with the customer on forecasts, and collaborate with demand planning on analyzing customer product needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care and participate in projects when relevant.
  • Know how to solve a difficult situation and get a resolution with the customer.
  • Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members.
  • Customerfocused, peer relationships, listening and informing.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Respond to different types of customers.

Your professional profile includes:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customerfacing role with demonstrated customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of SAP experience.
  • Analyze customer needs.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management.
