What we do in Strategy & Transformation at AVIV

As part of our Strategy & Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our company's strategy.

This includes managing strategy and OKR setting, accelerating execution of multi-country/function initiatives, and driving enterprise M&A.

We are looking for someone who can help us harmonize our commercial processes and ensure a smooth transition to one CRM system.

Job Description:

What we are looking for

As a member of our S&T team, your main responsibility will be to facilitate the harmonization of our commercial processes.

This will involve outlining existing country approaches and processes, defining a core best practice approach, and identifying opportunities for unifying sales standards and procedures.

You will work closely with our commercial and finance teams across our footprint to help normalize processes.
