HR Consulting Maria Herrmann specializes in the placement of specialized and managerial professionals in the healthcare industry.Our client is a highly successful homecare company with a focus on oxygen/ventilation.
As part of their continued growth, we are currently seeking an intensive care nurse as a care manager for homecare field work in the Ulm area on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate care for chronically ill individuals in the outpatient setting.
- You will act as the liaison between all parties involved in the care, such as general practitioners, family members, and nursing services.
- You will make therapy recommendations to physicians.
- You will advise physicians, nurses, and family members and train them in the use of modern medical devices, particularly in the areas of oxygen and ventilation.
- You will represent the company to potential new clients (nursing homes, intensive care services, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse, healthcare professional, or pediatric nurse
- Specialization in intensive care and anesthesia required, alternatively 10 years of experience in intensive care units
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in German
- Residing in the Ulm area
