Your future team consists of 7 colleagues who take care of all recruiting and employer branding topics.


Location:
Berlin, Cologne, Munich-North


Working hours:
Full-time

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for our entire recruiting process from initial contact to contract offer
  • You decide on the optimal recruiting mix for the positions to be filled
  • You exchange ideas with the management, project and branch managers, and departments
  • You participate in recruiting events and fairs and actively support employer branding
