Your future tasks will include:

In this position, you will support us and the Head of Quality in maintaining and further developing the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 with a focus on business process management.
This includes developing the process organization at BAADER Global SE and its affiliated companies.
You will work closely with process owners to model and optimize business processes in SAP Signavio using BPMN 2.0 and DMN 1.3.
You will also analyze interfaces and clarify them with the involved stakeholders.
You will support the further development of the document management system and conduct internal process audits.

You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar field.
A qualification in quality management, such as an internal auditor, is desirable.
You have solid knowledge in analyzing and modeling business processes.
You have a strong IT affinity. Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems such as SAP, collaboration tools like Microsoft SharePoint, and process management tools like SAP Signavio.
You have knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN 1.3 specifications or are willing to learn them.
You have excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills when working with stakeholders.
