Consultant (m/f/d) for the Implementation of Organizational Management at KIT in Vinegar Bend, AL


Department:
Service Unit for Organizational Development and Processes (OEP)


Your Responsibilities:


As a consultant (m/f/d) for the implementation of organizational management at KIT, you will be responsible for implementing the results of a completed strategic project on "SAP OM 2.0".

This includes conducting current state analyses and needs assessments (e.g. through conducting interviews or workshops) in order to develop proposals for the precise design of interfaces, among other things.


The processes of organizational management, which will be developed, coordinated and defined with all stakeholders, should support the standardization and systematization of procedures in the event of organizational changes, depending on the triggering event.

This will primarily be done digitally through forms, conceptualization, implementation and rollout of electronic workflows, or based on shared databases or IT system interfaces.

It is necessary for you to consider and take into account all legal and regulatory framework conditions of KIT as well as customer requirements in the development and implementation process.


You will also be responsible for creating and digitally mapping the organizational management manual of KIT, as well as further developing the instructions for using and maintaining SAP OM.

Additionally, you will support the process by cleaning up SAP master data or conducting inventory data surveys for organizational units.
