Responsibilities:

WHAT TO EXPECT

Processing orders over the phone
Comprehensive product advice
Intensive support for our retail partners
Collaboration with the field sales team
Handling of complaints
General and administrative support for the team
Tour preparation & delivery (in case of absence)

Qualifications:

WHAT CONVINCES US

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
Passion for bicycles & knowledge of the industry
A friendly demeanor and professional interaction with retail partners and colleagues
Good and confident communication skills in both written and spoken form
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Motivation, reliability, and most importantly, enjoyment of work
