For more than 50 years, the kbo Children's Center Munich has been a pioneer in social pediatrics and offers the widest range of treatments in Germany with around 300 employees, both in terms of diagnostic and therapeutic options as well as specialized consultations. Teams (m/f/d) of doctors, psychologists, employees in nursing and educational services, as well as therapists and social workers work together in an interdisciplinary manner in the specialist clinic for social pediatrics and the social pediatric center (SPZ).

We are looking for:

Team Assistant for Outpatient Patient Coordination (m/f/d)

The team assistant department has 15 employees (m/f/d) and is responsible for coordinating inpatient and outpatient patients (m/f/d). This includes central appointment scheduling, supporting our therapists (m/f/d), as well as other administrative tasks.

Working hours: Full-time (38.5 hours/week)
Salary: according to TVöD-K/VKA
