We are currently looking for
Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to join our team in
Düsseldorf, Spencer, IA on a permanent basis.

Working hours:
Full-time or part-time options available.

Salary:
€13.70 per hour + additional pay for working on Sundays and public holidays.

Your responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls
No cold calling
Actively selling additional offers to existing customers
Crossselling and upselling
Providing telephone support and advice to customers
Ensuring smooth customer service

Your profile:

Enjoy working with customers and have a friendly, communicative nature
Reliable and able to work independently
Good written and spoken German skills
Willingness to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends (between 8am10pm)
Good computer skills
