- You will take on responsibility and act as the main contact for the entire order processing, including recording and follow-up of customer orders in the ERP system
- Creation and sending of invoices, delivery notes, price lists, and samples
- Responsible for the info email inbox and processing of incoming emails
- Telephone support for all national customers
- Processing of appointment and call orders
- Handling of complaints, including processing of returns
- Commissioning and tracking of transport service providers
