- Experience in producing high-volume, high-quality food from menus.

- Preparing [Indian] curries, sauces, and desserts as per standard and style set by the Head Chef(s)?
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, burners/pans, and other cooking equipment?

- Ensure the correct preparation and presentation standard of the dishes is always maintained.
- Demonstrating tandoor techniques and cooking procedures to other staff if require
- Storing food in temperature-controlled freezers
- Checking on food supplies and advising the supervisor of any requirements
- Knowledge of HACCP/GMP is a plus, must comply with proper food handling policies and procedures.

This position has a DOE Compensation with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

You Have:EDUCATION: Minimum of an Associates Degree three (2) years in (culinary) in culinary field or appropriate continuing education experience and relevant work experience.

Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time.
