Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in Munich

To strengthen our team at our location in Munich, we are currently looking for dedicated architects, civil engineers, or industrial engineers as Senior Project Managers (m/f/d) in the field of construction

Your responsibilities

Leading large-scale projects (construction) in project management from project development to commissioning
Handling all project stages and areas of project management
Deadline and cost control of complex construction projects
Contract and risk management
Ongoing support and consultation of our clients and clients
Professional leadership of an internal and external or multiple internal and external project teams
Acquisition of new project orders, including participation in presentation, bidding, and negotiation meetings

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, project management in construction, real estate management, or industrial engineering (construction)
Several years of professional experience in project management of construction projects, including successful and independent management of projects and teams
Sound knowledge of relevant technical and contractual regulations such as HOAI and VOB
Convincing power, assertiveness, and negotiation
