Description
At Cliffwood Beach, our Retention Management team is responsible for actively building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing customers.
Our main focus is understanding customer needs and proactively solving any challenges or issues they may face, in order to facilitate contract renewals.
As part of this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our existing customers, actively nurturing the customer relationship and staying up-to-date on their current Atlassian licensing situation.
We are looking for someone who can build trust and demonstrate competence in this role, while also maintaining thorough documentation.
