Your new field of activity

CJD offers orientation and future opportunities to 155,000 young and adult people every year. They are supported, accompanied and trained by over 10,500 full-time and many voluntary employees at more than 350 locations.


TANDEM is aimed at families with at least one minor child, in which at least one member is affected by (long-term) unemployment.

Together with the families, the multiple barriers to employment are analyzed and a support plan is developed, which is constantly adapted and updated.

The goal is to enable the parents to integrate into the job market. For the children/adolescents, the focus is on strengthening educational processes and avoiding cycles of seeking help.

Your new area of responsibility

  • Comprehensive and intensive social pedagogical counseling and support for families
  • Development of counseling content and goals within the framework of an assessment
  • Provision of supplementary, needsbased socialintegrative and qualifying support services for children and adults
  • Planning and management of group activities for stabilization
  • Networking and guiding function for families
  • Individual case work as well as group work
  • Planning and management of case conferences with cooperation partners and in a multiprofessional team
Your profile

  • Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work or a comparable field of study (at least level 6 of education) or
  • Qualification as a state
