Your responsibilities:
The job holder (d/f/m) will work as a Risk Sharing Partner

Responsibilities include:

Active management of the performance and operations of assigned partners and suppliers on site
Facilitates onsite support, such as creating approval documents, providing safety instructions, exchanging information about changing workflows that affect the partners
Works closely with partners in the workshop to receive immediate feedback when work is being carried out and improves performance and processes through established methods, such as regular Gemba Walks, audits, and Go & See
Continuously tracks and analyzes defined KPIs and metrics
Acts as the voice of the partner (focal point) and represents them in
