Introduction:
To expand our regional team, we are currently looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the proper technical condition of the building systems under your care, including inspections, maintenance, and testing (primarily in the field of refrigeration technology)
- Conducting control rounds and inspections
- Assisting and supporting with technical operations for the client
- Digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance reports)
Your Profile:
- Technical training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration and air conditioning or a similar qualification such as a plumbing and heating engineer or gas and water installer
- Previous work experience or willingness to participate in a paid, job-integrated training program to become a service technician for refrigeration and air conditioning at SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH in Maintal
- Customer-oriented and independent work style
- German language skills at level B2 / Class 3/B driver's license
