Are tender steaks your specialty? Rock the grill at the Meat Atelier as a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d).
YOUR TASKS
- The day starts with your fresh produce shopping at our market
- Then, you create a flawless mise en place in our open kitchen and ensure an attractive design for our steak bar
- At your station, you ensure smooth operations in our à la carte business
- You plan and organize kitchen parties/meat seminars with the team, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
- You also work with guests, using your eloquence and expertise to ensure their satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a culinary apprenticeship
- Knowledge in the field of meat is desirable
- You possess creativity, organizational skills, high commitment, and manual dexterity
- You not only impress at the grill, but also convince guests of our selection
- Working in a team brings you joy and you are flexible with your schedule
- With power, performance, and personality, you bring your emotions and passion, seasoned with an extra dose of refinement, to our plates
