RESPONSIBILITIES AWAITING YOU:


  • Initial contact for all customer inquiries regarding service through various communication channels
  • Troubleshooting of mechatronic malfunctions on the entire Gebhardt product portfolio
  • Instruction of customer personnel for troubleshooting using our Visual Assistance tool (Augmented Reality)
  • Technical support for field service technicians and service sales
  • Preparation and technical planning of service assignments, repairs, and modifications, including material requirements and duration of deployment
  • Forwarding of complaints to other support teams and monitoring of followup measures
  • Occasional onsite service assignments for customers
  • Temporary shift work and/or oncall duty

SKILLS YOU BRING:


  • Completed training as an electrician / mechatronics technician, preferably with further training as a technician or master
  • Several years of experience in commissioning and repair, ideally in intralogistics
  • Experience in direct customer support
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
