Your Responsibilities at C&A:

  • Each workday begins with a team meeting where information is exchanged and goals for the day are discussed.
  • On the sales floor, you proactively greet our customers and answer their questions.
  • You provide customers with advice on things like the fit of jeans, styling tips, and size options.
  • By using our service tools (e.g. QR codes), you help our customers find what they are looking for, both online and instore.
  • You are familiar with our online and offline promotional campaigns.
  • Together with the visual merchandisers, you ensure that C&A is a place where people can be inspired by our fashion and easily find what they are looking for.
  • Of course, you also ensure a smooth operation in the store, work at the cash register, help with pricing, and ensure a smooth process in the fitting rooms.
