About us:
We ensure the production capability in close coordination with the production management and procurement team. Our production and resulting personnel and material requirements planning are based on forecasts. We trigger production orders, taking into account employee qualifications and minimum stock levels, supported by a modern ERP system. We track progress in production and compare it with our planning.

We analyze complex relationships and data, identify bottlenecks, conflicts, and other problems early on, and develop short-term solutions and long-term corrective measures independently.

We also manage versioning of assemblies and their bill of materials. We continuously improve and intensify our use of the ERP system. We simplify and streamline our control processes and organization according to Lean Management (KVP). We proactively identify potential for optimization and develop solutions independently. We also maintain the time recording of our employees and initiate 3D printing orders.
