Good morning,
We are looking for a residence for an 86-year-old person with Lewy body dementia. The preferred location is Madrid, specifically in the areas of Paseo de Extremadura, Carabanchel, or Aluche.
The desired type of stay is a senior residence. The residence is for our father, who is between 85 and 90 years old. He has difficulty walking and has dementia. Our budget for the residence is between 1500 and 2000 € per month. We do not need financing for the payment. We would like to start the residence in October. Our main preference is a good quality/price ratio. Thank you.
