Job Coach / Recruiter (m/f/d) part-time


starting on either August 1st, 2023 or August 14th, 2023, for a fixed term of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:_

  • You will support adults through targeted care and assistance on their path to the first job market.
  • Through individual and group activities, you will assess the skills of clients and discuss their career prospects.
  • You will actively support clients during the placement process and acquire suitable positions.
  • You will identify individual obstacles, develop coping strategies, and prepare your clients for starting work.
  • You will accompany onthejob trial phases, support the search for a suitable employer, and actively participate in the placement process.
  • Through regular contact with clients and regional companies, you will create a good framework for your work.
  • Administrative tasks complete your responsibilities.
