Who We Are Looking For


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of TopoONE by Crisis24, including all phases of the project lifecycle.

What You Will Work On

  • Represent the implementation team for Crisis24 and the TopoONE by Crisis24 product during the sales cycle to understand client needs and discuss the implementation process post product acquisition.
  • Manage implementation activities including but not limited to project planning, time allocation and recording, product configuration and product training.
  • Build client relationships and credibility with the clients during and after the product implementation.
  • Provide timely feedback to the client during the implementation.
  • Provide post implementation documentation, ensuring product and process decisions made by the client are recorded for future communication needs.
  • Provide a coordinated postimplementation handoff of the client to the account management team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management and product implementation of software products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to think strategically.
