We are looking for either full time or part time Office Administrator to join our team.


Position Overview:


As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the fast-paced day-to-day operations of a dynamic group.

You will work closely with the Director of Culture. Additionally, this role will require occasional travel within NYC for work-related tasks. We are seeking an individual who embodies meticulous attention to detail, thrives in autonomy, and loves to work on a collaborative team


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the NA:
EUN HQ team.

  • Support the Accounting Department.
  • Support the Human Resources Department.
  • Office Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of office maintenance, including cleanliness, organization, and supply management.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy in benefit eligibility, and maintaining errorfree files.
  • Become knowledgeable in all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs for the company and all restaurant properties.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy in benefit eligibility, and maintaining errorfree files.
  • Support recruitment efforts and coordinate and track antiharassment training.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Manage personnel files and provide administrative support for HR functions, including data updates, exit processes, background checks, and audits.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance on other departments such as Accounting, Design, and Special Projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Culture.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of office administration experience required. HRrelated experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problemresolution skills and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Reliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication (inperson, written, over the phone) skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
