'We are currently looking for a convincing and qualified dispatcher / service assistant (m/f/d) for vehicle repairs to join our team at our repair center in Groß-Gerau, Ebro, FL. Ideally, you have completed a technical training as a motorcycle or automotive mechanic, mechatronics technician, bodybuilder, vehicle interior designer or vehicle painter (m/f/d), with first experience in repair allocation and as a service advisor (m/f/d). Alternatively, we also welcome candidates with a commercial training as an automotive salesman/woman or office clerk with experience in the automotive, dispatch, workshop and repair fields.

What you will do with us:

You are responsible for the dispatch of repair and accident vehicles and also participate in damage assessment
You take care of monitoring and scheduling repairs for our vehicles
You work closely with our cooperation partners and workshops and are involved in price calculations and negotiations
You review cost estimates and negotiate if necessary
You handle complaints at the escalation level
You advise and support SIXT rental stations as well as departments in our regional administration in technical matters
You maintain a negotiationproof communication with our service providers and contacts in German

What you bring with you:

You have completed a technical or commercial training, preferably as a bodybuilder or automotive mechanic/mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a commercial training with a focus on automotive
