The Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology is excited to receive your application and is seeking a Head of the Pediatric Radiology Section (m/f/d):

The Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the University Hospital Freiburg is one of the largest and most modern radiological facilities in Europe, located in one of the most attractive regions of the country. Key features of the department include providing radiological care for the internationally renowned University Heart Center Freiburg
Bad Krozingen, a large section for Interventional Radiology, and a university Breast Center operated in collaboration with the Department of Gynecology. An upcoming development is the relocation and expansion of a new Children and Youth Hospital, which will ensure regional and central emergency care for pediatric patients.
Within the Children and Youth Hospital, the Pediatric Imaging Section plays a central role and, with stateoftheart diagnostic and postprocessing techniques in an interdisciplinary setting, supports the entire spectrum of inpatient and outpatient care for children and adolescents. With the relocation of the new Children and Youth Hospital, the Pediatric Radiology Section will be restructured, significantly expanded, and accompanied by an increase in personnel, facilities, and equipment for our patients.
