Description

We are an outpatient care service and are currently looking for a nursing service manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities will include managing our outpatient care services, ensuring and improving the quality of care and implementing quality standards, as well as planning routes and shifts.

You will also be responsible for other general tasks typical of a nursing service manager.

Knowledge of quality assurance and billing is required for this role, as well as good computer skills, ideally with experience using the Cura Soft nursing software.

We are looking for someone who is able to take on responsibility, has strong organizational skills, is open to innovation and motivated to make a difference.

Empathy towards colleagues, clients and team spirit are also important qualities, as well as being able to work independently and in a well-structured manner.
