To strengthen our team at the Nuremberg head office, we are currently looking for a full-time
Team Leader for Personnel with AÜG experience (m/f/d).



Your responsibilities

  • You promote the strengths of team members and identify areas for improvement
  • Your tasks include needsbased coaching, training, and mentoring of employees
  • You lead by example, motivate your team members, and ensure that everyone feels like a valued team member
  • You organize the onboarding of new team colleagues and support them during the process
  • Daily operational tasks are part of your responsibilities
  • You work closely with the management and the HR department to develop new strategic goals together

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in personnel services are essential, as you need a solid understanding of temporary staffing for daily operations
