Therefore, we are looking for you as of now as a


Property Manager (m/f/d) for Condominium and Rental Property Management
The properties to be managed are our own existing properties or investment properties of our long-standing project partners. This allows us to quickly and easily advance decision-making processes within the company. You can handle your tasks independently and responsibly. Nevertheless, you can always rely on the support and experience of your approximately 35 colleagues.

Construction measures are supported or supervised by our experienced project development team.


You will work locally in Berlin and can rely on the support of your colleagues at our existing properties in Potsdam, Werder, and Brandenburg.


Your future tasks include the following activities:

  • Reliable and independent commercial management of rental properties and condominiums, together with our property management team
  • Accounts receivable and payable accounting for our properties in our property management software Immoware24 (rent control, booking of payment transactions)
