What can you expect?

You evaluate existing automated warehouse systems in terms of hardware efficiency, software functionality and overall operational processes and work with data specialists to use ML algorithms, advanced analytics and data-driven methods to gain insights for after-sales strategies and system improvements
You develop and present proposals for customers focusing on software and hardware changes, system integrations and adjustments that align with business goals and technological requirements
You communicate efficiently with stakeholders and build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and challenges
You conduct audits, inspections and on-site customer consultations
