Male/Female/Diverse Care Office Clerk to start as soon as possible.
Your main tasks:
- Administration/management, in particular:
- Concluding agreements on counseling and support between volunteer guardians and guardianship associations
- Processing notifications from the court to the care office
- Support for budget and controlling
- Incoming and outgoing mail, file archiving, etc.
- Admission and registration procedures for professional guardians, in particular:
- Examination of sufficient expertise
- Recording of any changes in the inventory of managed guardianships as well as all registrationrelevant changes
- Revocation, withdrawal and deletion of registrations and notification to all guardianship courts
- Networking for quality assurance as well as coordination and management of local guardianship services
- Educating citizens about private precaution
