Purpose of the Position:

Leading the portfolio and local portfolio team for the product category of seed treatments, including responsibility for key accounts.

Working Relationships:

The SAT Manager reports to the Marketing Director for Crop Protection in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Working relationships primarily include:

Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments
European and global portfolio managers
Digital Manager
R&D and Registration

External: Seed companies, consultants, and institutes for seed treatments, key accounts

Main Responsibilities:

Oversees the implementation of the seed treatment strategy with impact on sales and market share goals
Leads the portfolio team for seed treatments
Responsible for the marketing mix for seed treatments
Responsible for B2B and key account management for seed treatments
Conducts price-volume analyses for existing products as well as new
