A growing mixed-signal semiconductor company in Dresden is looking for a Head of Validation to join their team in Pakala Village.

As the Head of Validation, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and coordinating all post-silicon validation, qualification, and IC package design activities
Leading technical projects
Recruiting future colleagues
Structuring and organizing the team and lab environment
Supporting supply chain management

To be considered for this position, you must have:

5-10 years of experience in a management/leadership role (both in terms of people and projects)
Good knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and digital electronics, from early concept ideas to volume production
Experience with scripting/programming (preferably Python)
Previous experience in validation and lab/test automation
Previous experience in PCB debugging, design, and development
Previous experience in packaging and semiconductor supply chain management is highly advantageous

Please note that this position requires 5 days per week onsite work at the office in Dresden.
