In the Processes and Systems unit, we are responsible for both HR processes and local HR IT systems for 42 Allianz companies in Germany.

At the same time, we serve as the interface to the Allianz Group for global HR IT systems and are responsible for the corresponding local processes and implementations.

We work according to agile methods and drive innovation and digitalization in HR.
