Your responsibilities will include:


  • You will be responsible for reviewing and creating private medical bills according to GOÄ.
  • You will serve as a contact person for professional advice, both in person and over the phone.
  • You will assist our clients with questions regarding private billing and documentation.
  • You will also be involved in administrative and organizational tasks related to your role.
  • In the future, you will be able to independently analyze and evaluate patient records.

You bring with you:


  • Completed training in office management (businesswoman/businessman), or in the medical field (e.g. nursing, surgical nursing) or
  • Business administrator/career changer (m/f/d) with medical work experience (with or without a university degree)
  • Initiative, independence, attention to detail, and processoriented thinking and acting
  • Motivation, aboveaverage commitment, and the ability to use good manners and serviceoriented work in practice
  • Strong communication skills and good oral and written expression
  • High teamwork, collegiality, reliability, discretion
