RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the team in establishing relationships with venture capitalbacked companies in Valle Vista, AZ
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients through consistent communication
Taking charge of daily tasks, including managing client onboarding, conducting customer due diligence, opening accounts, and implementing new products
Collaborating with product colleagues from Global Payment Solutions (GPS), Markets and Securities Services (MSS), Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF), and Global Private Banking (GPB)
Preparing analyses and presentations to present solutions to potential and current clients
Assisting with credit proposals and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
Working closely with Risk and Compliance to identify and address potential risks that could harm the bank's reputation or violate regulations
Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of customer and pipeline information in relevant systems
Taking initiative to overcome obstacles and ensure smooth operations in the tech industry client segment
Building new relationships with relevant contacts in the tech industry, such as founders, CFOs, finance professionals, and investors
Staying updated on market developments, including current equity raises
Representing HSBC at events and networking to establish a strong reputation within the tech industry
Collaborating with HSBC Innovation Banking
Supporting the achievement of HSBC's vision, values, goals, and culture through personal behavior, actions, and decisionmaking.
