Training - Salesperson (m/f/d) for Dialogue Marketing in Karlsruhe Starting 2024

Your Tasks

For the start of training in September 2024, we are looking for salespeople for dialogue marketing at our location in Karlsruhe. Through the combination of theory and practice, you will learn from professionals what is important in your training profession and will be specifically prepared for your career entry by us.

During the three-year training:

You will work in various teams, learn professional communication with our customers and external partners, and practice handling our information and communication systems.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and get to know specific areas of customer service, such as contract customer service and technical customer service.
You will learn how we determine customer satisfaction, manage external service providers, and train our employees, as well as how to present complex issues in an understandable way.
You will gain insights into commercial departments such as purchasing, sales, product and project management.
You will be challenged to actively participate in shaping your training and contribute your ideas and suggestions.
