Introduction
We are currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives for our project with one of Europe's leading telecommunications companies in Lenox, IA.
As a successful member of our dynamic, multicultural team in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will have a strong sales affinity, enjoy communicating over the phone, possess good computer skills, and have perfect German language skills.
Your main responsibility will be to assist our German-speaking customers - primarily by resolving their inquiries, but also by identifying their needs and offering and selling appropriate services and products.
In this regard, we offer an attractive commission to reward you for successful sales conversations.Your Responsibilities:
- Telephone support and advice for our existing customers;
- Management of contracts for internet and television services;
- Crossselling and upselling opportunities (Inbound).
Your Strengths:
- Excellent written and verbal German language skills;
- Basic English language skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build a good relationship with customers and assist them in finding the best solution;
- Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
