From School to Career

Our new trainees (m/f/d) can expect an interesting and diverse program during an introductory week in Riedlingen. Training will cover products, IT programs, SAP, legal basics, and more. During a tour of our production facilities, trainees will have the opportunity to witness firsthand how our LINITHERM insulation boards are made. The introductory days will also include plenty of excitement, fun, and activities. To get to know each other, there will be many joint activities with trainees from different locations.
