We are Systems, LLC a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.Job Summary:
As an Electrical Assembler, you are expected to perform skilled fitting and/or electrical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- No minimum education required 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and electrical assembly environment or can demonstrate sufficient competence in area
- Intermediate understanding of mechanical concepts / mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled fitting and/or electrical assembly of parts, subassemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment
- Perform indepth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards
- Do aligning, adjusting, and required secondary machining
- Work from wiring schematics, pointtopoint wiring drawings, mechanical drawings, specifications and shop orders
- Use required precision measuring instruments and gauging devices
- Perform skilled electrical wiring assemblies including electrical components
- Identify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnel
- Keep accurate production records/logs etc.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules
