Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)
to join our team in Berlin-Buch as soon as possible.

• Administration of all personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, salary increases, and exits
• Maintenance of personnel files and personnel master data in the human resource management system
• Preparation and publication of job advertisements
• Support in the recruitment process, particularly in applicant management and organization of interviews
• Preparation of qualified references
• Creation and preparation of adhoc evaluations and monthly statistics for management
• Support of HR managers in personnel matters
• Successfully completed commercial training
• Relevant professional experience in human resources administration
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Conscientious and discreet in dealing with employees and sensitive data
• Strong numerical understanding
• Teamwork, empathy, and flexibility
• Reliability, resilience, and accuracy
• Familyfriendly orientation with flexible working hours
