What you will learn with us:
Your training will be enriched by gaining insights into various areas of our bank. In customer consultation, you will learn about our cooperative advisory services and all related products and services. You will also actively participate in our internal departments such as marketing, processes and automation, and credit post-processing. Your personal and professional development is our top priority.

What you will learn in vocational school:
In addition to practical training, you will have block lessons of 4-6 weeks at the Friedrich-List-Schule in Mannheim. There, you will learn subjects such as general business administration, specific business administration, German, and accounting.
