You bring with you

You have successfully completed your training as a teacher or social worker. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.
Shift work and night shifts do not pose a problem for you, but are part of a flexible work schedule.
You are appreciated for your team spirit, resilience, and empathy.
Communicating and writing in German is natural for you.
You have a valid driver's license.
