WHAT TO EXPECT

With the KIA study program, you will receive a double degree. The study of electrical engineering (either B.Eng. or Dipl.-Ing.(FH)) is combined with training in the profession of electronics technician for industrial engineering.

  • Dual study program at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences with parallel training (IHK degree)
  • 2.5 years of training in partnership with the Energy Education Center in Falkenberg/Elster with subsequent practical phases at our company
  • Shortened training period of 2.5 years instead of 3.5 years
  • Total duration of study including training:
  • 4.5 years (9 semesters) with a Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • 5 years (10 semesters) with a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree
