Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/x) for the location Cologne.

Our client is a renowned company that combines health and fashion in the sales of its products. The company also offers a variety of benefits, ranging from the possibility of working from home to flexible working hours.

What to expect:

As part of a team, you will be responsible for payroll and time management for employees within Germany
You will be responsible for correspondence with social security institutions and authorities, as well as reporting and certification
You will be the first point of contact for employees with questions about salary or time tracking
You will support your team in various personnel matters (such as maintaining personnel master data, filing, preparing correspondence)
If necessary, you will create statistics and prepare key figures.

What you bring:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a personnel clerk (m/f/x), tax clerk (m/f/x) or a degree with a focus on personnel
At least 2 years of professional experience in dealing with payroll (knowledge of wage tax and social security law, preferably also labor and industrial constitution law)
Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
