The Department for Children, Youth and Families - Youth Office - Department of Childcare Facilities is seeking a

Kindergarten Director (m/f/d) (S 16 TVöD SuE)

for the five-group kindergarten Evrystraße, starting on May 1, 2024. This full-time position can only be filled with two complementary part-time employees ("true job sharing").

The salary will be in accordance with the provisions of the TVöD based on the current occupancy rates, at S 16 TVöD SuE.

The facility provides care and support for approximately 100 children in groups I, II, and III. The director's exemption time is currently 39 hours.

Your responsibilities:

Supervision and leadership of employees and teams
Conceptual and pedagogical development of the facility
Completion of administrative tasks
Support of pedagogical group work
Networking with other kindergartens and social institutions in the local area and throughout the city
