The role of Associate Director, Payor Data Lead
will have the key responsibilities of establishing and evolving payor customer data and analytics for the U.S.

payor segment.

**Key
responsibilities of an Associate Director, Payor Data Lead, include the following**: - Own and manage the Data and Analytics workstream to enable payor customer data availability in our Company systems at the Key Decision Maker level and to build out payer digital analytics.

  • Deliver the Payor Customer Data roadmap
  • Identify external potential customer data sources, vet, and implement a payer data source
  • Identify process and relationship with our Company's customer master and establish a system of record specific to the storage and maintenance of KDM data
  • Update our Company's existing systems to store/operationalize KDM data
  • Define and document business requirements
  • Ensure integration and alignment into downstream systems for reporting and analytics while also ensuring connectivity with 3PV data
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction with respect to payor digital data strategy
  • Input / oversight of vendor selection and may manage service vendors
  • Work with the data and analytics teams to establish data management and analytics to assess and optimize channel performance
  • Work within the Payor Digital Team to maximize future opportunities for our Company's Formulary Resource portal
  • Utilize agile/test and learn methodologies to act with urgency with solutioning
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Explore, define, and implement innovative solutions

Education Requirements**:


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


  • MBA degree

  • Preferred

Required Experience and Skills**:


  • 5 years of experience in roles with master data and/or analytics gained in marketing, operations, marketing support and/or digital channel innovation
  • Demonstrated strong project management expertise
  • Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a datadriven approach.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/nontraditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  • Demonstrated crossfunctional leadership skills and ability to collaborate across the organization and with external agencies / vendors to drive work toward a common goal
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate and operate in white space
  • Minimum of 5 total years of professional work experience

Preferred Experience and Skills**:


  • Experience navigating and executing through our Company's operational processes (moving from marketing strategy to resource deployment) with an understanding of how channels / tools could be used to evolve that process
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders, and lead without authority
  • Understanding of the US Payor Segment
