What to expect:
- You have culinary responsibility for all areas of our gastronomy offering
- You implement our culinary offerings perfectly and create new dishes yourself
- You ensure outstanding food and product presentation
- You ensure the efficiency of service and production processes, as well as compliance with our goals and guidelines regarding quality, hygiene and safety
- You are responsible for coordinating and leading your team of approximately 20 people
- You take care of ordering goods and calculations
What we expect:
- Completed chef training
- Further training as a kitchen master or comparable qualification desirable
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in large teams
- Familiarity with working in large kitchens
