"We are a parent-child initiative in Munich Laim that has been in existence for almost 30 years, with a harmonious team and dedicated parents. We care for 40 children between the ages of one and six in two groups (nursery and kindergarten).

To strengthen our great team, we are currently looking for a state-recognized educator in full-time for six months.

Our concept and your tasks:

Our approach to working with children is influenced by reform pedagogical principles: research, play as a child's work, participation, freedom within limits, space design and activities where the journey is the goal, freedom of movement, creativity in thinking and creating, and situationoriented work. In a lively, stimulating, and trusting environment, the child develops their individuality, empathy, and joy in independent action. For this process of emotional, physical, and linguistic development, we give children enough time and space, observe and accompany them, and provide guidance where necessary. We see ourselves as a complement to the family and work closely with parents.
Responsibility for shaping and implementing the pedagogical concept.
