Are you interested in working with machines, learning how they function, and working with them? Then become a specialist for metal technology (w/m/d) at Siemens and start a career where big and small machines listen to your commands.

In metal technology, you will be directly involved in production and ensure smooth production processes. This includes providing all materials, setting up machines, carrying out orders, and maintaining and servicing machines. You and your team will also take responsibility for important topics such as occupational safety and quality assurance.

This makes you the guarantee for the high-quality production of electrical switchgear or the manufacture of devices and component constructions at Siemens factories.

You will also be well connected with other employees and IT processes.

This training profession is very diverse and is offered in various specializations, such as construction or assembly technology.

You will gain expertise in topics such as material processing, project, process and quality management, and learn about new manufacturing technologies and how to operate them.

In this role, you will ensure that our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

You will also be involved in some processes, as you will be well informed about all assembled components made of sheet steel, aluminum profiles, copper bars, and insulating materials, and know their special properties.
